If your order is received damaged due to delivery or in unsatisfactory condition for any reason, we will immediately take the steps to get your plant replaced in the most time conscious manner. - Service Days: Monday-Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. A business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. You do not count the day we ship as a business day, so 2 day service will arrive the second business day after the ship date.
- Delivery Area: Available throughout all 50 states.

- Delivery Times: Most shipments arrive to their destination by 12:00AM the day of shipping and are available for pick up the following morning. Same day shipments traveling on Rush Priority Freight or Next Flight Guaranteed services are available immediately following flight arrival and cargo processing. Shipment recovery can occur 30-60 minutes after the flight has arrived.
- Service Days: SWA flies 365 days a year and most airport cargo facilities are open 7 days a week. Check with your local SWA cargo location for specific opperation time and days.
